People & Culture Judge Kylie Owen.png

Kylie Owen is a Leader within the People and Culture space at Cisco and heads a Disability Hiring program - Diverse Abilities. She has developed and deployed a global Diverse Ability program at Cisco as well as leading GPTW efforts in 38+ countries. Twice awarded IT Manager of the Year for nurturing talent, and trusted advisor to the C-Level executives using a highly collaborative approach to deliver lasting results.

Hiam is the Founder of The Culture Equation, specialising in Culture Change for medium to large organisations. Along the path, she has lived and breathed the unique experience of how technology disrupts industries and how to navigate that change successfully through your people.

As a Sociology Major and Culture Change Expert, her drive is to create environments founded on trust and psychological safety, where teams can be empowered and thrive.

Belinda Jane Dolan is the CEO of Clarity Group, leading a team that works alongside companies, teams and leaders to create the happiest, most productive and motivated workplaces in the world.

For 23 years Belinda has led transformation and organisational growth both domestically and internationally spanning government, private and non for profit sector providing consulting/coaching and training that is both impactful and results centered.

Tom Dawkins is Co-Founder and CEO of StartSomeGood.com, a global crowdfunding platform and education provider for social entrepreneurs. He previously founded Australian youth non-profit Vibewire, worked for Ashoka in Washington DC and for HopeLab in Silicon Valley, and was founding director of the Changemakers Festival with The Australian Centre for Social Innovation. Tom has worked with numerous non-profits, social enterprises and governments to better engage their communities using social technologies and has spoken at leading global conferences including SXSW, SOCAP, Purpose, The Social Enterprise World Forum and the Nexus Summit.

Lauren is the Impact and Design Lead at Civic and a valuable member of the Sydney Bambuddha peer to peer leadership group.

Lauren is also the Bambuddha Group impact producer supporting the community with upbeat, high energy music and production for leadership community events.

Her performance experience is vast, and includes a national tour with  “Thirsty Merc “and television performances such as “Hey Hey it’s Saturday”.

Lo Roberts is committed to bringing her passionate take on leadership and inclusion to the community.

Justin is a partner in the corporate/commercial team at Marque Lawyers, a boutique law firm in Sydney.

Marque exists solely to disprove the theory that all lawyers are boring and over-priced. We charge for the value we provide rather than the time we spend on a task. We act primarily on a fixed fee or retainer basis and we don't count the hours. Our focus is on long term relationships, not one-off transactions. It's just law, done differently.

Max is a strategic advisor, facilitator and passionate environmentalist who uses strategic planning and management consulting tools to help organisations deliver profit and purpose. With over 8 years consulting experience across strategic communications, corporate sustainability and strategic planning, Max now spends his time collaborating with individuals and organisations across all sectors to tackle some of our most complex social and environmental challenges.

 

Blaise is an experienced leader with expertise in sustainability and social responsibility strategy, including consulting, emissions reduction, and product stewardship and the circular economy. At Sims, she oversees the company’s long-term sustainability ambitions and goals to fulfill the Simss purpose - to create a world without waste, to preserve our planet. She also directs Sims' corporate social responsibility framework and is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion.

Asha Kayla is a Sustainability strategist, engagement and education specialist with deep expertise in employee, community, business and supply chain engagement. She is driven by the desire to see purposeful business and stronger communities. For almost 15 years’ Asha has helped companies to progress their Responsible Business and Sustainability strategies, to drive positive change and achieve sustainable growth.

 

Customer

Pamela is a senior executive, experienced in management and leadership across retail, merchandise, brand, marketing and communications. As CMO, she leads the marketing and communications department at Blooms The Chemist, sits on the company leadership team, and heads up the CSR committee.

Pamela believes it is important to give back and aims to do this both in her personal life and in her work. She is proud to work for a business that contributes positively to society.
