The Kind Business Awards are produced by the Bambuddha group. Funds from ticket sales and sponsorship will enable us to continue to provide programs to reduce under-representation in leadership.

Bambuddha Group is an award winning social enterprise providing an evidence-based leadership framework that offers coaching and social responsibility programs for businesses big and small.
Each year we select a cohort of executive leadership coaches representing all industries - many from the most respected companies in the world. They donate their time to coach our growing community of business leaders, owners, and operators. Bambuddha members can access this different KIND of coaching along with ongoing events and learning opportunities through individual and team-based subscriptions. In addition to this Bambuddha provides a suite of programs designed to empower your business to be kinder to customers, people, the community and planet.

Good for Business program: Our most impactful and empowered level of membership, this five-step program uses evidence-based frameworks in alignment with international development goals, helping you measure your impact, own the process, and lead the way at working kind.
Leadership Coaching Programs
1-on-1 Game Changer Program: Bambuddha works with you to become a true inspiration, build sustainable growth for your business and exceed your goals. This program provides 1-1 coaching with one of our coaches and access to training and development via an all-inclusive membership subscription.
Advisory Board Program Peer-to-Peer coaching group for 8 leaders + 1-1 coaching for each member.
Team Coaching: Our team packages ensure every member of your team is paired with a coach, they are also able to access training and learning through our member event calendar.
Coach Training Programs are delivered in partnership with the Australian Institute of Professional Coaches. We offer a wide variety of training including short and diploma courses.
